first time home buyer
bill had over 2 months to get things going and being a new home buyer I was not sure of the whole process and he left all of this up to me when to start to expodiate the loan. So it was the last minute for everything. Yes he was polite and everything when okay but I was a little nervous about the last minute completion of the loan.

Our Loan Officer was wonderful. He was always available to talk to us. He also got our information to us in a timeley manner. He was very polite and we trusted him. I would definately do business with him again.

I wish I could put into words that professionalism, dynamism and persistence that was taken in handling my loan. While the odds were against me from the start and through the hiccups, Bill undoubtingly tackled every obstacle with prestige and proficience. The term going 'above and beyond' does not even reach the level to what Bill Mcguire and FBC mortgage made possible. This company is amazing and will do what it takes to see a loan to the end. Without the awesome team of people at FBC, Bill and those behind the scenes, I don't believe I would be sitting in my house today.
