Angela Price was recommended to me by my realtor and I’m so glad he did. Angela is very knowledgeable in the business. She’s very customer oriented and is very personable. But what trait I value the most from her is her tenacity! She is non stop till she gets results. She thrives in the hectic world of locking in that loan. She’ll proactively and preemptively reach out and advise you on what your next steps would be. This being my first house, she made everything so easy and smooth for me, even though there was a lot behind the scenes work to be done. AND while I was training at another State! Another great thing about Angela is that she knows how VA loans works so again as a Soldier, she made it easy for me. I was truly impressed when she locked in my rate before the new increase. And even though she had multiple loans and clients to deal with, I felt as if I was her only client. She never rushed me or cut our conversations short and if she was busy at the time, she would always let me know and would contact me shortly afterwards. I highly recommend Angela as your loan officer. You will not be disappointed!

Outstanding experience with Angela!
We sold our home in another state but weren't yet ready to buy in NC because of poor credit scores. Angela helped me with ways to increase our credit score. I trusted her expertise and followed her guidance. Sure enough, we were able to close on a home within 6 months and raised our credit score by 100 points! She never gave up on us and did EVERYTHING she could to make sure we purchased a home. Even when we switched from town to town and from new construction to a house on the market w/ a fast closing. She is responsive, knowledgable, trustworthy, consistent, honest and straight to the point! She knows what she is doing so trust her guidance and she will get it done!

Responsive and Clear
Angela and her team were responsive, patient, informative and kind. She was always quick to answer any questions I had with a thoughtful and clear response which was even more appreciated than normal in such a crazy market and in the long processes of closing new construction. She made sure that I always understood what was happening, what my options were, and that I was comfortable with every step. While yes she was technically selling me a mortgage, I really felt that Angela worked to be an advocate for me and my interests throughout the process, including pushing the builder and their side to stick to an accelerated closing date they set when she knew that changing it would have created serious conflicts/complications for me with work. I would highly recommend Angela and would look to use her again myself in the future.
Tess's Tip: If possible, ask for Alyssa Lawson as a processor. She is wonderful and thorough and extremely helpful in identifying and collecting documents etc.

Angela is Amazing
We were in a tight crunch to close on our home. Time was of the essence. The larger lenders advised us that there was no way we could close within 30 days. I was linked up with Angela with Jet Home Loans and she said she could do it. She actually did it in under 30 days. Angela and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
