Ana Maria can work miracles. I was 2 weeks from my scheduled closing for my new construction home. I had been waiting for months and was told I was approved for my loan by the lender. Last minute my lender decided to deny my loan. I was so heartbroken and felt hopeless. I was sure I would lose my dream home. Someone referred me to Ana Maria. Ana was able to get my approved with FBC Mortgage. I was also able to close within two weeks of starting my application. Ana really does work miracles, she definitely saved me from almost losing my home. She gave me hope again and made things happen when I thought I couldn't stand a chance anymore. My experience with Ana Maria and Stephanie was wonderful. They were both easy to communicate with and were always available to answer any questions I had. With the current economy I can just imagine how busy they are and the amount of customers they are handling at one time. But to be honest, I never felt like I was just some customer. They always knew exactly who we were when we reached out to them. Any requests they made was very straight forward. They never asked for duplicate items and hardly needed any additional clarification. Truly top notch service and I am very appreciative of them. They made this experience a positive one. I can't recommend them enough.

Ana Maria was very pleasant, however, the process itself was terrible - many people involved, asking for documents when we had already sent them; last minute requests when we thought we were all set... Would be impossible for someone who is not computer savvy
