In addition to be a consumer for this transaction, I am also a seasoned Real Estate professional who has dealt with MANY loan officers and mortgage companies during my over 15-year career. I was first introduced to FBC Mtg.--specifically Amanda Spor-- when I was the listing agent on a transaction in which she was doing a loan for the buyer. The buyer had previously gone with another lender, which didn't work out. As the listing agent, I was about to place the home back on the market when the buyer enlisted Amanda's help and in less than 2 weeks the loan was closed.
