My home buying experience with FBC Mortgage has been one that I will always remember! Adam and his team are a phenomenal group of people to say the least. They are down to earth, hard working people dedicated to success and I will tell you why! So, I went with a lender recomended to me from credit karma thinking it would be an easy process only for these people to back out THE DAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED CLOSING! My spouse and I were beyond heartbroken thinking we would lose out on our prospective home as this housing market has been ultra aggressive. Adam and his team took my loan over WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS before the seller would back out! Our Family were preparing for the worst. Overall the experience was a good one. End result was a good one, but the road to get there was bumpy. I feel that better communication would have eased the process.
