What can I say about Scott. I was stuck with a lender who was not meeting any of my contractual deadlines. It looked like I would end up needing an extension on my closing date as well. I spoke to Scott Hoag at FBC and he immediately took an interest in helping me switch lenders and get into my new home. Scott serviced my loan and I was able to close on my loan in just two weeks after switching lenders!!!!!!! He is not only a great loan officer but he takes the time to call and make sure that all your questions are answered.
