The real estate agent and other staff were very friendly and helpful. There was even a time during the weekend that I needed something, and the real estate agent was there to assist. The loan officer even gave my wife her cell number to call her about questions anytime. I was away on military training during the first two weeks of the home-buying process, but FBC made me feel confident that my wife was in good hands with the staff with which she was working.
