Jason's Tip: Stay organized and ask in advance what paperwork you will need for the processing of your loan. This helped make it an easy process for us and prevented any last minute scrambling to come up with the required documents.

Randy "The Closer" Nace

I title this one Randy "The Closer" Nace for his professionalism/quick response in getting our loan processed ahead of schedule. I threw a curve ball at Randy (and our processor Kerri) on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to get it done within the updated time frame we set to close on our new house. I would definitely refer/recommend Randy to anyone new or seasoned that is looking for a Loan Officer as he was responsive in email just as he was at texting, even on a Saturday night when I called to initiate this process. A class act!

The FBC Mortgage team (Randy Nace & Laura Anderson) did a great job on our jumbo refinance. Randy explained the pro's and con's of different loan programs. They offered unsolicited updates on where we were at in the underwriting process. FBC was professional and courtesy from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
