Extraordinary Effort, Successful Completion
We started our mortgage process with another lender that pulled out late in the process because of a problem with the boat dock at the condo. Since we were well into the contract period, we urgently needed fast action to secure a loan before we lost the home. We contacted FBC Mortgage, explained our dilemma, and they took it from there. Our loan officer, Quita, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and capable. When we explained the issue with our first loan, she determined that the problem was with the mortgage guarantor and assured us that FBC Mortgage would not have the same problem. Quita was on top of the process from start to finish and she kept us informed throughout. The entire FBC Mortgage team, especially our loan officer and loan processor, ensured the process moved along without delay. Not only was the loan completed with very favorable terms but ahead of schedule allowing us to close a day early. We are very thankful that we chose FBC Mortgage for our lender.

I was referred to Quita Williamson by a friend/co-worker who also had Quita's help purchasing a new home earlier this year. I was very nervous about the process considering I am a first time home buyer. From the very first conversation I had with her all the way up until closing, she made me feel confident that I could achieve this dream for myself. Every time I got nervous again or did not understand something, she put my mind at ease by answering and explaining details for every question I had. I had a loan with Chase Bank who 4 days before closing informed me of a 1.5% rate increase. I switched to FBC with Quita Williamson and in less than 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Years holidays she got me a new loan set up and finished in time for me to move in before I had to head back to work. Very easy and professional to work with.
Rudolph's Tip: Have a good scanner available and scan and send your documents in PDF format. Much easier and I was lucky enough to have the unit to do it.

We got a little overwhelmed at all the paperwork we had to submit online so Quita allowed us to come to her office and submit in person. She reviewed each document and answered all of our questions. Application of loan through closing
From the application until the end of the closing the entire group was very professional, nice, knowledgeable and eager to make sure that all requirement and required documents were filed and provided on time. The only group that I was disappointed was the insurance group that I thought was disorganized and with no communication among them.
Ramona's Tip: Get insurance somewhere else to avoid the aggravation with the insurance group.
