Richard is an expert on mortgages. Also more importantly he was very patient with our questions on current rates and the closing process. In the end, he and his team got the loan processed the way we needed it to be for our particular situation even if it required some last minute adjustments. There were no big surprises at the closing which was very good.

I was referred to Richard Heath by my realtor Charles Isaac. Charles said that Richard would beat any rate out there. I received what I thought was a good rate from a local credit union (my bank), Quicken and Captial One. I am glad to say I was proven wrong, and by almost 0.5%! Richard and Crystal Liddle (his assistant) were honest, dilligent, friendly and non judgemental throughout the process. They worked through any hiccups in the process and without hesitation. They were always willing to take a phone call, answer an e-mail within the hour I would get a response. We closed our loan in 22 days from application! The process could not have been easier and it is a testament to Richard and his team! I'd recommend him to anyone!

Review of our Refinance Process
From the time we contacted Russ to receive information regarding refinancing our home to the time we actually finalized the process, we were handled with courtesy and professionalism. Russ and his team (Sandy and Jeannie) did a FANTASTIC job of keeping us informed along the way. They answered emails/phone calls promptly, and were thorough in all they did. PLUS, we received a better rate from them than anyone else was offering at the time. We will definitely recommend Russ/Pulaski to our family and friends!
