I had a very quick closing after contracting on property. FBC communicated almost daily to advise me of the progress being made on processing the loan. Application and supportive documents were nicely executed via DocuSign. The mini videos on each stage of the process were informative and encouraging. Great Service yet again!
We just wanted to say that this is our second experience with Mr. Bocci and have found his team to be the most organized group of people weve ever worked with on mortgages. Weve bought and sold a number of homes in the past, and the process can be stressful, but with Mr. Bocci's team, it was really stress-free.
