Best Ever
We can't say enough positive things about Megan Rindone, our loan processor Lisa Stewart, and FBC Mortgage. We had been working with a competitor who provided us wrong information and ultimately could not close a loan. By the time we realized we were in trouble, we'd extended our closing date twice. Megan was referred to us by a colleague who had previous positive experience with her. Megan jumped on our loan, evaluated our needs, provided guidance and reassurance, and ultimately closed our loan THREE WEEKS after we first spoke with her. We got a much better loan than we had originally planned on, and Megan was there to reassure us every step of the way, even after she had a child, and throughout Hurricane Irma. This was our fifth experience with a mortgage lender, and we've never had anyone perform as well as Megan and FBC.

Great Experience
Megan was very professional and ready to help with any issues that came up. She explained everything and was very welcoming to any questions/concerns I had. Overall the experience was enjoyable, although I did not realize how hard it actually was to actually close on a house. She was very helpful to guide me through the process and keep my above water for the duration of closing.
Matthew's Tip: Be prepared to have to work diligently and fast and be ready to coordinate multiple services for the property (survey, inspections of any type (plumber, roofer, HVAC, etc.) Have about 1k saved up outside of closing costs to pay for these services (or arrange them to be paid at closing)
