To whom it may concern; most of the process would be considered very good, but towards the end there were minor glitches. It seems that your financial section could not give my credit card to work for my new resident appraisal ($450). Therefore, the $450 was charged to me during the closing and is indicated on the HUD document dated September 22, 2014. On 23 September FVC mortgage charged by credit card $450 after closing. I have informed FBC of the double charge error. It also should be noted that I received an e-mail that requested information as to what I intended to do with my old house located at 20248 Marlon St. I thought this request was inappropriate. I have closed five or six times on houses and I can honestly say that the paperwork this time was at least triple. It would be greatly appreciated if you expedite the return of my $450.

Everything was done timely and as promised....except we were told our fees included an owners title policy, in writing when we asked in the preliminary stages of this loan. A couple days before closing when we got the preliminary HUD the fees did not indicate an owners title policy. We were then told an owners policy would be a couple of thousand in addition to those first quoted. The person who told us yes it included an owners title was Wrong. Not at all what we had been told...not very happy about this turn of events. It is a shame because other wise this would have been a slam dunk for this lender. I would be sure that I didn't promise things to people when they aren't getting them. Make sure your responses to direct questions are right.....
