Liz and her team were very professional and helpful throughout the loan process. Everything went smoothly and the closing came off without any last minute problems.
Paul's Tip: A lot of documentation is required throughout the process with several people requesting information. My suggestion is that you always send the requested documents to the same person no matter which team member requests the documents.

Pain Free Process
Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at FBC was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were also patient and responsive whenever I had a question. I never felt like they were too busy for me. During the process I received regular status updates and was treated very well. The products they offered were very competitive with other lenders. I never thought I'd be so happy with a mortgage company. But so far I have nothing but good things to say about FBC and Liz Brewer in particular. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.
Antonio's Tip: Helpful Tip: Be flexible and responsive to their requests. The loan process is complicated and they do a alot to make sure things go smoothly. So I would recommend responding to their requests in hours not days.

She also kept us educated about the status of the market and gave us great advice as to when to lock in our rate. Her team was also fantastic, they worked very hard on our file and kept it organized. I would suggest working with FBC Mortgage. I had a wonderful experience working with Liz. It was hard to find a company to work with for a HARP 2 refinance. Many other companies would drag me along for a couple months and then say we can't help you or never get back to me. FBC understands the criteria for HARP 2. They are up front with what they can do for you. Very easy to scan and upload all information needed to a secure site.
