A better way to buy a house
Lee and his team at FBC were efficient and effective during the arduous process of buying a whole the email correspondence, document portal and mini videos Were thorough and complete. FPC has really streamlined the process and encourage future home buyers to give Lee and and his team the opportunity to handle the underlords, I mean underwriters.

Following each section of the loan a slide show would appear, letting you know you had successfully completed that section. Those slide shows were very helpful as well as entertaining. I was not impressed with communications most of the time. If I called Lee I was often referred to someone else. Lee got the job done but it was up to the last minute before getting closing costs, etc. Created stress when doing a 1031 exchange.
