Kim and Patricia were very easy to work. Patricia answered my questions very quickly and offered assistance in how I could obtain my tax information. It was easy to determine where we were in the processing of the loan and I believe I ended up with a good interest rate at the time I was able to lock it in.
Carol's Tip: Don’t lock your previous tax documents in your safe in a pod that is stored in a warehouse.
