Hello, please join me in appreciating this credit specialist (760Plus Credit Score). I recently verified that my credit score is currently 794 by pulling my credit record from Experian and Equifax. After I hired 760, he improved my score, removed all of the undesirable entries from my credit report, added several tradelines, and settled my credit card debts, collections, late auto payments, and other hard inquiries. Good and Bad
Stick with Jon because he is as professional as they come. The processor on the other hand, not as much. Poor grammar, explanations lacking and slow response times were very frustrating, not to mention that emails were all I got, not phone calls like Jon. We were also given a poor appraisal for our new home and nothing was done about it until we told them a poor review was coming. Sad that it had to come to that, but I didn’t want others getting caught up in the same situation.
Matthew's Tip: Communicate as much as possible with Jon. He is much more professional and easier to talk to than anyone else, especially our processor. If it wasn’t for him, this process would have been much more frustrating.

I started the process of purchasing my first home back in January 2021. It was a very long process with all the delays due to Covid but Jon took the anxiety away from the process. He communicated every step of the way, took charge of issues that arose and made the purchase of my first new home an amazing experience! I would use Jon again for my next home and recommend him to any potential buyer! If you want a streamlined process with little to no stress, go see Jon!

Terrible
Please reread all documents you sign carefully because clearly there is no chain of command at this place. They made mistakes continuously throughout the entire process. It was a complete nightmare. We resent documents multiple times and they still just couldn’t get it right. Dropped the ball too many times. Do not recommend.

Just what was expected
Everything was just what you would typically expect. I cant say I was impressed or felt like service went above & beyond but the job did get done so I guess thats the main goal. I felt like our loan officer tended to call Friday afternoons very last minute wanting information & decisions from us right away. Communication was sparse all the way through morning of closing. We tended to get more "out of office" email responses more than anything & there was hardly a definitive answer to any question I asked. Like I said, the job got done. We figured it out even with more effort from our side than it should really require but there is room for some improvement.

Overall experience was good. Some hiccup at the last minute that caused me a lot of stress and uncertainty, but we’re able to manage everything and I was able to close on time.
Jamarie's Tip: If you have student loans, make sure they evaluate them since day one. This was left until the very end of my loan and was the only problem I had at the very end.
