As a first-time homebuyer in my 20s, there was a lot to learn about the home buying process. John and his team were a great help throughout process! He was always quick to get in touch when I had a question and readily available. I appreciated his willingness to meet with me at the downtown Orlando location even though he was based in Longwood since it would be easier for me to get to work on time after. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone looking.

David's Tip: Be prepared...after your first conversation start getting all your banking info, etc prepared....the sooner you send in alk your info....the sooner you can get to closing.

We had 30 days to close and we closed on time. There were are few stragglers information wise that kept coming up from underwriting the last days that probably should've been asked for sooner which delayed "final" approval which happened 2 business days before closing date.
Melanie's Tip: Create an orderly computer file of all your documents; identify the subject in each and every email sent regarding the mortgage; keep copies (on computer) of everything you send, all emails you send and receive. This is not a reflection on the mortgage company-- it is just necessary for the general process.
