Our experience with this loan officer was fabulous! We couldn't have asked for better. From the get go he educated us about the type of loan we were shopping for (a mortgage with a home renovation option through Fannie Mae) and ended up putting us into a product that was appropriate for us. We had never done a loan like this before and were a little uneasy at first because we weren't sure of the process, but Ed guided us through step by step. He made it so easy. What we liked most was his responsiveness and knowledge. We highly recommend Ed Ross and FCB to anyone purchasing a home.
Brian's Tip: Do your research and be prepared with your documentation. Always respond in a timely manner to requests so that you close on time. If you aren't sure about something, ask questions until you understand.

Outstanding customer service
FBC was extremely responsive to my needs as a mortgage consumer. This new real estate market is bizarre to say the least. Despite several bumps in the road with sellers and contract issues, my loan officer was always responsive and handled the issues competently and professionally.
