Being able to complete the loan process entirely online through their loan portal kept the process moving quickly and was very convenient. Our turn around time from application to closing was less than 30 days. Both our loan officer and processor were responsive and helpful to any question or concerns we had.
Joseph's Tip: Have everything you need already in an electronic format, and be very familiar with how to acquire or produce digital copies of typical documents: bank statements, paystubs, etc...

Closed on my home on May 24, 2019 and I am so glad I was able to work with FBC. From David to Cathy, was such an easy process. They both were professional and really helpful. Other mortgage companies turned me away but FBC was the company for me. The only thing I would suggest is updating the loan statue on the web. This was not a deal breaker because David and Cathy always responded within minutes or an hour. But because FBC had the "Loan Progress" on their website I expected it to be updated. Nevertheless, I recommend this company and would do business in the future. Thank you FBC!!!

I imposed a complicated and difficult loan on Dave, requiring multiple signers, a complex POA and several other conditions that complicated the situation even further.
