                             Reviews are the subjective opinions of a Rate Your Lender member and not of Rate Your Lender, LLC.  By submitting a review you agree that the review is your 
                             genuine opinion of this lender/organization, and that you do n ot have personal or business affiliation with the organization, and have not been offered any incentive 
                             or payment originating from the establishment to write this review. You understand that Rate Your Lender has a zero tolerance policy on fake reviews. You also 
                             understand that your review may be used by the lender/organization and/or Rate Your Lender, LLC. for marketing or advertising purposes and by submitting a review 
                             you give permission and approval of such. 
                 

                             Rate Your Lender allows clients to voice their opinion and share their experiences specifically for mortgage transactions.  Please respect the following guidelines.
 
  • Inappropriate / Offensive Content – Reviews may not contain foul or inappropriate language, personal attacks or intolerance for people belonging to identity
  • groups including race, gender, religion, sexual preference or nationality.  Reviewers may comment on the expertise of the company and their representatives
  • in a non-threatening manner.

Relevance – Reviews should be relevant and appropriate to the forum. 
 

Promotional Content / Conflicts of Interest – In order to preserve the integrity of the client reviews we reserve the right to withhold submissions where
suspicious activity or potential conflicts of interest could be present, such as, but not limited to:
 
Reviews from family members
 
Reviewers to be paid or compensated for posting a review
 
Reviews from employees of the same company as the Reviewee
 
Invalid email addresses
 
If we feel that a submission does not comply with our guidelines and policies, or is generally inappropriate, off-topic or lacks an appropriate level of detail we reserve
the right to not post the review on Rate Your Lender.
 
How Can I Write a Good Review?

Include the "why" - The best reviews include not only whether you liked the borrowing experience and service offered, but also why.  Feel free to make
comparisons with related mortgage transactions you’ve experienced.

Be specific - Your review should be relevant to the borrowing experience, loan officer and mortgage company or lender you’re reviewing and focus on specific
features of your experience.
 
Not too short, not too long - Written reviews should be at least 20 words with an ideal length of 75 to 500 words.
 
Be sincere - We welcome your honest opinion about the experience. We do not remove reviews because they are critical. We believe all helpful information
can inform and impact a potential clients’ decision making.
